The vote results of the 11th National General Convention of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) will be announced all at once. UML Election Commission Chairperson Dr. Vijay Subba said that the results of all candidates will be made public simultaneously.
He stated that the process of extracting chips from the electronic voting machines has reached its final stage, and vote counting will begin shortly.
A total of 2,227 delegates cast their votes in the election held to select the party’s new leadership, while 36 delegates were absent from the voting process.
According to the Election Commission, the final results are expected to be announced within three hours after vote counting begins.
