Gold prices in the Nepali market declined sharply on Friday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 258,400 per tola for the day, down by Rs 2,000 compared to the previous day.
On Thursday, gold was traded at Rs 260,400 per tola. Earlier this week, on Monday, gold had reached an all-time high of Rs 260,700 per tola.
Silver prices have also fallen. The price of silver dropped by Rs 75 per tola, declining from Rs 4,085 per tola on the previous day to Rs 4,005 per tola today. Thursday’s silver price was recorded as the highest so far.
