In Purba Bardhaman district of West Bengal, India, a bus accident resulted in 10 deaths and 35 injuries.
On Friday morning, a private bus carrying pilgrims from Purba Bardhaman to Durgapur collided with a stationary truck on the road.
All 10 fatalities occurred at the scene of the accident. The injured have been admitted to Burdwan Medical College Hospital for treatment.
