Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Ravi Lamichhane has been welcomed at the party’s central office. Party cadres and well-wishers gathered at the RSP central office in Banasthali, Kathmandu, to receive him.
Lamichhane was welcomed with traditional music and fanfare at the party office today. He arrived in Kathmandu only yesterday after being released from Bhairahawa Prison.
According to the RSP, a meeting of the party’s Central Committee will also be held today following the welcome program.
A day after his release, on Saturday, Lamichhane participated in an RSP-organized program at Chaubiskothi in Bharatpur, Chitwan. On the same day, he also met the families of martyrs and those injured in the Gen-Z movement in Kathmandu.
