Prime Minister Sushila Karki has called a joint meeting of leaders of the seven major political parties, the Election Commission, security agencies, and representatives of civil society to discuss matters related to elections.
The meeting has been scheduled for Monday at 1:00 pm at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar. It has been convened to hold discussions on election preparations. Leaders of civil society have been invited to attend the meeting as observers.
Briefing and discussions on election preparedness will be the main agenda of the meeting.
