Gold and silver prices in the Nepali market hit new record highs on Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold increased by NPR 900 per tola to reach NPR 268,100. On the previous day, Tuesday, gold was traded at NPR 267,200 per tola.
Silver prices also rose on Wednesday. Silver, which was traded at NPR 4,255 per tola on Tuesday, climbed to NPR 4,420 per tola, the federation reported.
