
Asian Thai Foods Limited, a manufacturer and exporter of noodles and snacks, is preparing to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has appointed Himalayan Securities Bankers Limited as the IPO issue manager.
The agreement was signed by the company’s chairman Shivaratna Sharda and Himalayan Securities CEO Subash Bahadur Shrestha. The signing ceremony was attended by managing director Mahesh Jaju, executive director Radheshyam Sharda, director Ashish Jaju, and deputy general manager of Himalayan Securities Shankar Rajwahak.
With state-of-the-art production units in Biratnagar and Tulsipur, the company exports its products under popular brands such as Rampam, TUPM, and Preeti to more than 30 countries.
According to managing director Mahesh Jaju, “Himalayan Securities’ expertise in the capital market will simplify the IPO process, helping us invest further in innovation and international market expansion.”
The company said it will release detailed information about the IPO, including the timeline and share allocation, in the coming months.
