The Narayangadh–Muglin road, which was blocked by a dry landslide, has now reopened.
The incident occurred this morning at Tuiun Khola, Ichhakamana Rural Municipality–5, Chitwan, when a landslide carrying rocks fell onto the road.
According to Supervisor Ishwar Kshetri, the road division used two mechanical machines to clear the debris, and traffic resumed in both directions at 8:10 a.m.
Kshetri also warned that the risk of landslides is high in this area during the monsoon season and urged travelers to proceed only after assessing safety conditions.
