CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that his party will form a government led by Nepalis in Nepal and will struggle to bring down any other government if it is formed.
Speaking on Thursday at a program marking the 42nd Piscar Martyrs’ Memorial Day and the launch of the book “Jelbhitraka Sangharsha” written by Suresh Nepal, Oli said his party is still actively campaigning for a Nepali-led government in Nepal and for prosperity to be achieved under UML’s leadership.
“Whatever kind of governance is happening in the world today can be seen reflected in Nepal,” Oli said. “We want a Nepali government in Nepal. We will not allow others to form a government. If such a government is formed, we will bring it down through struggle. The new generation must be aware of this. This country was made free and sovereign through the struggles of our ancestors, and protecting it is the responsibility of all of us.”
