Communications, Information, and Technology Minister Jagdish Kharel is preparing to resign from his ministerial position.
He is set to resign after confirming his candidacy with the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), which plans to field him as its candidate from Lalitpur–2 in the upcoming election.
