Chairman of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal, Upendra Yadav, has filed his nomination for the House of Representatives election from Saptari Constituency No. 3.
In previous elections, Yadav had been contesting from Saptari-2. In the 2079 election, he was defeated by Janamat Party Chairman Dr. CK Raut.
Dr. Raut has once again filed his candidacy from Saptari Constituency No. 2.
