An aide who had accompanied senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, to Achham for the party’s election campaign has been airlifted to Kathmandu after falling unconscious.
Dinesh Sitaula of Nuwakot reportedly lost consciousness suddenly on Wednesday morning. He was evacuated to Kathmandu by a Nepal Army helicopter.
According to sources, the helicopter was dispatched from Surkhet to Achham to rescue Sitaula, who was traveling with Shah during the election campaign in the district.
