The National Assembly meeting has been scheduled to convene today (Monday) at 1:15 PM. In the meeting, Chairperson of the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee, Maya Prasad Sharma, is set to present the “Study Report on the Immigration Act, 2049 and Delegated Legislation Formed Under the Act, 2082” to the Assembly.
Similarly, Chairperson of the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, Kamala Pant, will table a proposal seeking discussion on the “Study Report on the National Integrity Policy, 2082.”
In addition, Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal is scheduled to present proposals seeking approval of three ordinances: the Ordinance to Amend the Voters’ List Act, 2073 (2082), the House of Representatives Members Election (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2082, and the Nepal Special Service Act (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2082.
