Hotel Forest Inn has opened its initial public offering (IPO) for the general public starting today, Magh 22.
In the second phase, the hotel has issued a total of 3.32 million ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share for public investors. Out of the total issue, 200,000 shares have been reserved for mutual funds and 80,000 shares for the company’s employees.
General investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 200,000 shares under this IPO.
Investors can submit their applications through banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) that provide ASBA services, as well as through the CDSC’s “Mero Share” online system.
The IPO subscription will close as early as Magh 26 and, if not fully subscribed, will remain open until Falgun 8.
NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
