A passenger bus traveling from Kathmandu to Okhaldhunga has plunged into the Tamakoshi River. The bus, bearing registration number Province 3–01–005 Kha 9975, met with the accident at Seleghat in Ramechhap.
At least five people have died at the scene, while six others have been rescued and taken to hospital for treatment.
According to Ramechhap DSP Bhola Bhatt, rescue operations are currently ongoing. Further details about the incident are yet to be confirmed.
