The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has announced that domestic flights will operate on the day of the House of Representatives election based on necessity.
The Authority clarified that all types of domestic flights across the country will be conducted as required. International flights will operate regularly, except for those bound for Middle Eastern destinations.
According to CAAN, flights to Middle Eastern destinations will be operated in accordance with the decisions of the respective countries and the status of the destination airports, as per the revised schedules issued by the concerned airlines. Due to the evolving situation in the Middle East, flights to those regions have been temporarily suspended.
