Nepali Congress candidate Prakash Singh Karki has been elected from Solukhumbu.
Karki secured 13,166 votes, while his closest rival, Nepal Communist Party (NCP) candidate Asim Rai, received 9,414 votes.
Karki won the election by a margin of 3,752 votes over Rai.
Similarly, CPN-UML candidate Kalpana Rai received 8,228 votes.
