In the ongoing vote counting of the House of Representatives election, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has so far won 119 constituencies.
According to results available until 5:00 PM today, RSP candidates are also leading in six additional constituencies.
As per the Election Commission of Nepal, vote counting results from 155 constituencies have been made public so far. The Nepali Congress has won 17 constituencies.
Similarly, Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) (UML) has secured victory in seven constituencies and is leading in three others.
According to the commission, seven candidates from the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have been elected so far. Likewise, three candidates from the Shram Sanskriti Party have won seats. The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and one independent candidate have each secured one seat.
In the proportional representation (PR) category of the House of Representatives election held on Falgun 21, a total of 4,530,913 votes have been counted so far.
Among them, RSP has received 2,239,870 votes, Nepali Congress 760,485 votes, UML 646,770 votes, NCP 304,062 votes, RPP 163,151 votes, and Shram Sanskriti Party 107,032 votes.
