Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has submitted his election expense report to the Election Commission following the recent House of Representatives election.
Lamichhane, who contested from Chitwan-2, reported that he spent a total of NPR 989,987 during the election period.
The submitted report details various expenditure categories, with the highest spending on workshops and rallies, totaling NPR 180,000. Additionally, NPR 68,161 was spent on printing sample ballots, NPR 10,000 on filing the candidacy nomination, and NPR 13,626 on air travel expenses.
The Election Commission confirmed that Lamichhane’s spending remained within the prescribed limit, and the report has been officially recorded.
