A 35-year-old man has died after being hit by a tractor in Madane Rural Municipality.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Gangabahadur Saru from the District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Salikram Chand, a resident of Aglung Phedi in Ward No. 1 of Madane Rural Municipality. He was critically injured in the accident and later died while undergoing treatment at Tamghas Hospital.
Police have taken the tractor involved in the accident and its driver into custody
