Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal held a meeting with Chief of Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel on Sunday morning.
The meeting took place at the Ministry of Home Affairs Nepal from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Officials have not disclosed the agenda of the discussion. However, a source from the ministry indicated that the talks likely focused on the country’s peace and security situation.
“It was about a one-hour meeting, but the topics discussed have not been made public,” the source said, adding that it was probably related to maintaining national security.
