Senior Captain Vijay Lama has been appointed as the brand ambassador for JYW Air electric vehicles (EVs), recently introduced in Nepal by LRR Motors.
The announcement was made on the fourth day of the NADA Auto Show, where a memorandum of understanding was signed. Speaking at the event, LRR Motors Director Jeevan Jung Shahi described the partnership as a significant step, representing “aviation-inspired innovation, safety, and sustainability.”
Expressing his enthusiasm, Captain Lama said that the JYW Air brand embodies values of trust, discipline, and excellence. “The JYW Air EV is not just a car—it is an airplane on wheels, integrating the same values of safety, discipline, and advanced technology,” he remarked.
He also expressed his eagerness to inspire Nepali drivers to embrace clean and smart mobility solutions.
Through this collaboration, LRR Motors aims to redefine driving in Nepal by combining the safety and luxury of aviation with the innovation of electric vehicles, offering sustainable and future-ready mobility.
LRR Motors is the official importer and distributor of JYW Air EVs in Nepal.
