Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign currency exchange rates for Sunday. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one U.S. dollar is Rs. 139.76, and the selling rate is Rs. 140.36.
The buying rate for one Euro is Rs. 162.09 and the selling rate is Rs. 162.78. Similarly, one British Pound Sterling is valued at a buying rate of Rs. 187.43 and a selling rate of Rs. 188.24, while the Swiss Franc stands at a buying rate of Rs. 172.78 and a selling rate of Rs. 173.52.
One Australian Dollar is fixed at a buying rate of Rs. 89.70 and a selling rate of Rs. 90.08, one Canadian Dollar at Rs. 100.44 (buying) and Rs. 100.87 (selling), and one Singapore Dollar at Rs. 108.41 (buying) and Rs. 108.88 (selling).
For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen are valued at Rs. 9.40 (buying) and Rs. 9.44 (selling), one Chinese Yuan at Rs. 19.47 (buying) and Rs. 19.55 (selling). The Saudi Arabian Riyal is fixed at Rs. 37.25 (buying) and Rs. 37.41 (selling), while the Qatari Riyal stands at Rs. 38.35 (buying) and Rs. 38.51 (selling).
Likewise, the Thai Baht is set at Rs. 4.28 (buying) and Rs. 4.30 (selling), the UAE Dirham at Rs. 38.05 (buying) and Rs. 38.22 (selling), and the Malaysian Ringgit at Rs. 33.06 (buying) and Rs. 33.20 (selling). The South Korean Won (100) is fixed at Rs. 10.05 (buying) and Rs. 10.09 (selling). The Swedish Kroner is at Rs. 14.49 (buying) and Rs. 14.56 (selling), and the Danish Kroner at Rs. 21.71 (buying) and Rs. 21.81 (selling).
The Hong Kong Dollar is set at Rs. 17.88 (buying) and Rs. 17.96 (selling). The Kuwaiti Dinar stands at Rs. 456.79 (buying) and Rs. 458.75 (selling), the Bahraini Dinar at Rs. 370.68 (buying) and Rs. 372.27 (selling), and the Omani Riyal at Rs. 363.01 (buying) and Rs. 364.57 (selling).
For the Indian Rupee, the central bank has fixed the buying rate at Rs. 160 per 100 INR and the selling rate at Rs. 160.15 per 100 INR.
The central bank noted that these rates are subject to change at any time if necessary. Commercial banks may have different rates, and the updated rates are available on the official website of Nepal Rastra Bank.
