
Kathmandu — The mother and sister of Bipin Joshi, a Nepali from Mahendranagar held hostage by the Palestinian group Hamas, met with Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel. The meeting was coordinated by the Nepali Embassy in Israel.
Padma Joshi, Bipin’s mother, and her daughter Pushpa Joshi traveled to Israel, where they met with the Israeli President, Prime Minister, and several ambassadors from other countries. They reported that the issue has now reached the international level and requested further efforts for Bipin’s release.
Padma Joshi emphasized that her son is an innocent student and urged for humanitarian intervention. During the meeting, President Paudel assured them that he would make additional efforts to secure Bipin’s release.
