Nepali athlete Urmila Shrestha has won a bronze medal in the Athletics Physics (35+ age group) category at the 57th Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Competing against seven other athletes, Shrestha secured third place, while Thailand’s Sirinthip Insee won gold and Laos’ Somanin Phanosith claimed silver.
In the Athletics Physics Open Category, Shrestha finished in fourth place, according to team official Dinesh Rajbhandari.
