The Bagmati Provincial Assembly meeting is set to convene today at 2:00 PM. According to Assembly Secretariat Secretary Ram Kumar Paudel, the possible agenda includes the presentation of a bill related to the management and control of lottery systems at the provincial level.
He informed that the bill, which is currently under discussion in the subject committee, is likely to be presented in the assembly once it is finalized by the committee.
Similarly, today’s meeting will also see Speaker Bhuwan Kumar Pathak present a proposal to reshuffle members of various subject committees under the assembly, along with the reading of letters received from different bodies, Paudel said.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee has been scheduled for 11:00 AM today to finalize the agenda for the assembly session.
