
The rise in international gold prices has impacted the local market as well. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold has reached NPR 207,900 per tola today, marking the highest level recorded so far.
On Tuesday, gold was traded at NPR 205,900 per tola, indicating a daily increase of NPR 2,000. Silver prices, on the other hand, fell by NPR 5 per tola, settling at NPR 2,480.
According to international media reports, gold is trading at USD 3,536 per ounce in the global market today.
