Gen Z movement leader Sudhan Gurung faced an attempted assault during a press conference held at the Reporters Club in Bhrikutimandap.
The incident occurred while Gurung was delivering his remarks. Journalists repeatedly urged him to take questions, but as he continued speaking without pause, some journalists began shouting in protest. Amid the commotion, a few individuals approached Gurung and tried to physically confront him.
Due to the disruption, Gurung was unable to complete his statement. Journalist Rishi Dhamala then announced the conclusion of the program. Even afterward, Gurung was surrounded and pressured to respond to questions.
