Janamat Party Chairman C.K. Raut has stated that certain actions within the party are being used as a conspiracy to distract leaders and workers, especially after the election was officially announced for Falgun 21.
Following a 24-hour ultimatum from six party leaders, including Vice Chairman Abdul Khan, demanding Raut’s resignation, he urged party members not to get distracted by internal conflicts. He emphasized that discussing or debating these issues would waste precious time.
Raut said:
“Let’s not get distracted by other matters until the Falgun 21 elections; let’s not waste our strength elsewhere. First, let’s make Janamat Party the number one victorious party in the elections. The election has already been announced for Falgun 21, all parties are mobilizing, and the Election Commission is preparing. We have very little time—barely five and a half months. In two to three months, we’ll also need to register the party and submit the proportional representation list. In such a time crunch, internal conspiracies are being used to distract and tire our leaders and workers. We must ignore them, not waste time discussing or posting about these matters. Our main focus must be the elections—the real ‘Mahabharat’ and trial by fire for us. Let’s mobilize in every village and neighborhood, promote the new republic as the next solution, form booth committees and youth squads, train and deploy them. Let’s focus on winning each electoral area. After the elections, everything else can be discussed. By dominating Madhesh and becoming the decisive force of the country, we will achieve victory.”
Raut’s statement underscores his call for unity and concentrated effort toward electoral success, prioritizing preparation over internal disputes.
