Since the Sun will already be below the horizon during this time in Nepal, the eclipse cannot be seen here. According to Hindu scriptures, if an eclipse is not visible in the local sky, it carries no astrological effects or ritual restrictions, including Sutak or the need to avoid Shraddha rituals.
