The Narayangadh–Muglin road section in Chitwan has reopened for one-way traffic after a landslide near Tuiun Khola blocked the highway since Friday evening.
According to the Bharatpur Road Division Office, debris removal was completed on Sunday afternoon, allowing limited movement of vehicles.
The landslide, which struck around 6 p.m. on Friday, had left thousands of passengers stranded for more than two days. With the partial reopening, vehicles have now started moving toward their destinations.
