
The price of gold in the Nepali market has reached a record high today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold surged by NPR 1,300 per tola on Wednesday, reaching NPR 223,000 per tola—the highest rate ever recorded.
On Tuesday, gold was traded at NPR 221,700 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. The federation reported that silver rose by NPR 20 per tola, trading at NPR 2,700 per tola today, up from NPR 2,680 per tola on Tuesday.
