President Ram Chandra Paudel issued an ordinance on Wednesday to amend the Voter List Act, 2073 (2016).
The ordinance was issued after his meeting with interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
According to the President’s Office, the discussions at Shital Niwas focused on the current political situation, preparations for the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5 (Falgun 21), and security arrangements.
