A dry landslide early this morning has completely blocked the road at Bimire Bhanjyang, located in Ward No. 10 of MadhyNepal Municipality, under the Mid-Hill Highway.
According to police, continuous landslides have made it impossible to clear the debris immediately. With the road blockage, vehicles traveling between Pokhara and Besisahar have started using an alternative route via Kaure, Bangre, and the Chautara of Thansing Danda.
Inspector Yamanarayan Aryal of the Bhorletar Area Police Office informed that the current conditions do not allow for immediate removal of the landslide debris.
