A Force vehicle (Lu 2 Pa 6502) traveling from Banfikot Rural Municipality in Rukum West to Ghorahi in Dang met with an accident at Chorkhola in Kapurkot Rural Municipality-3, Salyan.
According to the Salyan District Police Office, three people—one woman and two men—died on the spot. One of the deceased has been identified as Prakash KC of Banfikot-5, while the identities of the others are yet to be confirmed.
The vehicle, carrying five passengers, reportedly plunged about 300–400 meters off the road. Two others—a woman and a man—sustained serious injuries and have been taken to Nepalgunj for treatment.
