The student organization affiliated with the Nepal Communist Party (UML), Akhil, has announced plans to file complaints against Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Sah and Hami Nepal founder Sudan Gurung.
Akhil stated that the complaints are in response to damage to public property and arson during the Gen-Z movement.
“Public property, including district courts and police posts, was vandalized and set on fire. We will file complaints at district police offices across the country,” said Akhil General Secretary Deepak Dhami.
He added that the complaints will begin being filed district by district starting today. “Under central coordination, we will start submitting complaints in districts from today,” he said.
Earlier, on Tuesday, Akhil had attempted to file a complaint at the District Police Office in Kathmandu, but it was not accepted.
