
Muscat (Oman) — Samoa has won the toss and elected to bowl first against Nepal in the final Super Six match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia-East Asia Pacific Qualifier.
With this, Nepal will bat first in the crucial encounter. Nepal currently sits at the top of the points table and has already secured qualification for the T20 World Cup. The team aims to defeat Samoa today and lift the qualifying tournament trophy before returning home.
On the other hand, Samoa has already been eliminated from the World Cup race and has yet to register a win in the Super Six stage.
Nepal made two changes for today’s match — Aarif Sheikh and Lalit Rajbanshi have replaced Kushal Malla and Sompal Kami in the playing XI.
