Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to hold discussions today with leaders from seven different political parties regarding the upcoming elections. She will be consulting with leaders from parties that were represented in the dissolved House of Representatives, including Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, Maoist Centre, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), among others.
The Karki-led government was formed following the Gen-Z movement that took place on Bhadra 23 and 24. The interim government has already announced that the election will be held on Fagun 21.
The meeting is scheduled to take place today at 4 PM at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
