Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has urged all sides to act responsibly in view of the current situation in the country.
Speaking after a high-level meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Saturday, he indicated the possibility of upcoming protests and appealed to concerned groups to express their demands in a peaceful and responsible manner.
“We have conducted a thorough analysis of the security situation. Information has been received that various groups are preparing for demonstrations. Everyone is free to put forth their political demands responsibly,” said Minister Aryal.
He further stated that the government is committed to resolving political issues through dialogue. “We have kept the door for dialogue open. We will hold talks with the concerned parties and seek solutions through peaceful dialogue,” he added.
