The CPN-UML has confirmed that its party membership has reached 663,000 as preparations move forward for the General Convention scheduled in the last week of Mangsir.
According to Rajendra Gautam, Chief of the Publicity Department, the updated number of party members was finalized by the Organization Department. Delegates to the upcoming General Convention will be selected from among these verified members.
“The number of party members eligible to participate in the General Convention process has been finalized. The remaining decisions will be taken by the Secretariat meeting,” Gautam said.
