Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has departed for Singapore for further medical treatment. He was accompanied by his wife, Arzu Rana Deuba.
Deuba was injured on Bhadra 24 during the Gen-Z movement after being attacked by protesters. He had been receiving treatment at the Nepal Army Hospital in Kathmandu. However, doctors recommended additional medical care, prompting the couple to fly to Singapore on a flight late last night at around 11 PM.
Further details about his health condition have not been disclosed.
