Two people were killed and four others were injured in a tractor accident in Shadanand Municipality–4 today.
According to District Police Office Bhojpur Chief Raju Lama, the tractor (Province No. 1–02–003 T 1213), carrying timber from Chamladang to Dingla, met with an accident. The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old tractor driver Ait Bahadur Tamang of Kerabari, Shadanand Municipality–4, and 17-year-old Nabin Tamang of Charambi, Arun Rural Municipality–4.
The injured have been identified as 19-year-old Dachhiri Sherpa, 23-year-old Ambar Tamang, 18-year-old Sagar Tamang, and 18-year-old Sunita Tamang. They are receiving treatment at Dingla Municipal Hospital, police said.
