An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 struck near the Tawa Ghat area of Darchula last night. The tremor occurred at 10:40 PM on Thursday.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, the earthquake was felt in areas near the Nepal–India border and surrounding regions.
No reports of damage or casualties have been received so far.
