The Central Working Committee meeting of the Nepali Congress is being held again today at the party’s central office in Sanepa. According to Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel, the meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM.
The meeting, which began on Asoj 28, has been focused on discussions related to the upcoming party General Convention.
During Thursday’s session, several central members — including Arjun Narsingh K.C., N.P. Saud, Anand Prasad Dhungana, Ajay Kumar Chaurasia, Minakshi Jha, Amrit Aryal, Gehendra Giri, Pradeep Kumar Sunuwar, Nain Singh Mahar, Binod Kumar Chaudhary, E. Mohan Acharya, Manju Kumari Yadav, Saraswati Aryal Tiwari, Nagina Yadav, Urmila Nepal K.C., Rupa B.K., Dhana Khatiwada, Kalyani Rizal, Anil Kumar Rungta, and invited member Deepak Khadka — expressed their views.
In Tuesday’s meeting, General Secretary Gagan Thapa presented the proposed schedule for the General Convention. The ongoing discussions are now centered around this agenda, and deliberations on the proposal are still in progress.
