Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah, who has rarely appeared in public since the GenZ movement of September 8–9 (Bhadra 23–24), was seen on Friday at the inauguration of a 6th-century Brahma Temple located in Ward No. 8 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
Mayor Shah attended the ceremony briefly, lighting an oil lamp (panas) before spending a short time inside the temple. Despite repeated requests from journalists to speak, he left the venue without making any comments.
