
Hemraj Dhakal, Vice President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), has been appointed as a director of the Nepal Securities Board.
Representing the private sector, Dhakal succeeds Anjan Kumar Shrestha, former Senior Vice President of FNCCI, who previously held the board position but resigned due to personal reasons. Following his resignation, the federation decided to nominate Dhakal for the role.
The newly appointed director, Dhakal, took the oath of office and secrecy from the board chairman, Santosh Narayan Shrestha, on Wednesday.
