Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to hold a joint discussion today with leaders of political parties registered at the Election Commission, with the aim of urging all parties to participate in the upcoming election.
The meeting has been scheduled for 4 PM today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar.
As the registration process for parties participating in the election—expected to be held on Falgun 21—is ongoing, the Prime Minister has called this joint discussion to encourage all parties to take part in the electoral process, her secretariat stated.
Earlier, Prime Minister Karki had already held separate discussions with leaders of parties represented in the dissolved House of Representatives, as well as with representatives of the GenZ (youth) movement.
