The Election Commission has announced that 10 new political parties have been registered as of Friday.
The newly registered parties are:
- Shram Sanskriti Party
- Gatisheel Loktantrik Party
- Nagarik Unmukti Party – Nepal
- Rashtriya Parivartan Party
- Rashtriya Janamat Party
- Communist Party Nepal
- Rashtra Nirman Dal
- Rashtriya Urjashil Party
- Peoples First Party
- Ujyalo Nepal Party
According to the Commission, an additional 28 parties have submitted proposals for registration and are currently under review as part of the registration process.
