Nepali Congress has registered with the Election Commission for the upcoming National Assembly and House of Representatives elections. On Sunday, the party submitted all the required documents at the Commission’s office, informed Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.
He stated, “Today we have completed all the procedures for party registration with the Election Commission.”
The Congress had only on Saturday decided to participate in the upcoming House of Representatives elections. According to the Election Commission, the National Assembly elections are scheduled for Magh 11, and the House of Representatives elections for Falgun 21.
