Nepal’s national women’s football team has been defeated by Indonesia in a friendly match.
Nepal took a 1–0 lead in the first half with the help of an own goal, but Indonesia made a strong comeback in the second half, scoring two goals to win the match 2–1.
Playing without key players Sabitra Bhandari (Samba) and Sabita Rana Magar due to injuries, Nepal suffered a loss in their first match of the series.
Nepal will play their next match against Chinese Taipei on December 2.
